RHKD快开袋式过滤器是一种操作方便。设计新颖的新型滤袋式过滤器，具有结构合理、密封性好、耐压力高、外形美观等一系列优点。

快开袋式过滤器主要组成部件有上翻顶盖、弹簧重力平衡装置、手轮摇紧装置、不锈钢松紧抱箍、提拉丝杆、滤器筒体和内部滤袋滤蓝等。

设计优势:

1、使用不锈钢松紧抱箍代替传统的吊环螺栓压紧装置，将过滤器 顶盖开关时间缩短至半分钟以内，比普通袋式机节约了30-50倍的操作时间，大大提高了工作效率。

2、最大耐压可达到1.2Mpa,设计压力值高于同类产品20％以上。

3、弹簧重力平衡装置替代了传统手摇臂，只需一根手指即可抬起顶盖上翻和放下。

4、顶盖开启角度105°，顶盖放下有锁紧装置。合理的设计是滤器不会产生侧翻、倾倒或顶盖放下后不宜扣上的现象。

5、每个滤袋都设计有单独的锁紧装置，确保滤袋和滤器之间完好的密封性。
